Intermediate This class utilizes the jumpboard on the reformer to give a high intensity, workout with low impact to the knees and joints. The class follows an interval schedule mix of jumping and strength training. Some reformer experience is required before participating.es here

Intermediate-Intro to Advanced | Approval needed This class is an intermediate to advance level class. It requires body control and balance to work through more complex moves. The flow may be completely classical or extremely contemporary and uses all the apparatus. Instructor approval needed to schedule.

Intermediate This class utilizes the Pilates Tower and Chair to deepen your practice. With a focus on precision and control, you'll refine your form, build strength, and enhance your mind-body connection through targeted exercises. The Tower provides resistance-based movements that help improve flexibility, alignment, and core stability, while the Chair challenges balance, coordination, and overall strength.

Foundations | All Levels A recovery-focused class using deep stretch, breathwork, and mindful movement to restore mobility and reduce muscle fatigue. Regular stretching helps improve performance, lower injury risk, and support circulation and lymphatic flow

Intermediate This is a sampler-style class that lets you explore other Pilates apparatus in a supportive, low-pressure setting. This class is great if you’re curious about the tower, chair, or jumpboard. The reformer is not used in this class.

All Levels A restorative Pilates class centered on breath, stretch, and foundational movement. This slower-paced session helps you reconnect with your core, release tension, and build control from the inside out. Props like bands, balls, and foam rollers may be used to support mobility and alignment.
