We require all new clients, who do not have reformer experience, to take an intro Foundations Class before joining a regular session to ensure a safe, effective, and confident start to your Pilates journey. The Reformer is a unique piece of equipment, and while Pilates is adaptable for all fitness levels, proper understanding of the equipment, terminology, and foundational movements is essential for getting the most out of each class.
During the Foundations class, our instructors will assess your movement patterns, offer personalized modifications or progressions, and help you build a strong foundation. This allows you to transition smoothly into group classes with confidence while ensuring you get the best possible experience and results. Plus, you'll have time to ask questions and familiarize yourself with our studio, so you feel completely comfortable moving forward. Our Intro Classes are small with 5 or less clients.

Pilates classes have an 24-hour cancellation policy. Please be mindful of your fellow students and remove yourself from the class roster if you are unable to attend. Late cancellations and no-shows will lead to one of the following:
-You will lose the class credit from their account.
-Anyone on an unlimited pass or membership will be charged $15 for their cancellation.
-Anyone on a 14-day new client special will be charged $5 for any missed class.

Our Private Intro Foundations Session is for clients who would feel more comfortable starting one-on-one. This option provides a personalized introduction to Pilates, allowing you to move at your own pace and receive individualized support from an instructor.
