    Perfect for all ages and levels, Functional Flow is designed for those seeking a slower-paced class focused on improving strength, flexibility, balance, and mobility. Guided by our experienced instructors, you'll practice functional movements that enhance daily activities like climbing stairs or carrying groceries with ease. Gentle stretches and targeted exercises increase range of motion, build confidence, and reduce the risk of falls. Join us to move better, feel stronger, and enjoy the benefits of functional Pilates!

    Intermediate This class utilizes the jumpboard on the reformer to give a high intensity, workout with low impact to the knees and joints. The class follows an interval schedule mix of jumping and strength training. Some reformer experience is required before participating.es here

    Intermediate-Intro to Advanced | Approval needed This class is an intermediate to advance level class. It requires body control and balance to work through more complex moves. The flow may be completely classical or extremely contemporary and uses all the apparatus. Instructor approval needed to schedule.

    Intermediate This class utilizes the Pilates Tower and Chair to deepen your practice. With a focus on precision and control, you'll refine your form, build strength, and enhance your mind-body connection through targeted exercises. The Tower provides resistance-based movements that help improve flexibility, alignment, and core stability, while the Chair challenges balance, coordination, and overall strength.

    Intermediate A recovery-focused class using deep stretch, breathwork, and mindful movement to restore mobility and reduce muscle fatigue. Regular stretching helps improve performance, lower injury risk, and support circulation and lymphatic flow.

    Intermediate This is a sampler-style class that lets you explore other Pilates apparatus in a supportive, low-pressure setting. This class is great if you’re curious about the tower, chair, or jumpboard. The reformer is not used in this class.

Mat Class Descriptions

  • Pilates Reformer flow class

    A grounded, full-body Pilates flow using bodyweight, breath, and control. This class builds core strength, mobility, and alignment. Props like the ball, magic circle, bands, and other small apparatus may be used.

  • Intermediate reformer pilates class

    This low-impact class is designed to build a strong, stable core while supporting pelvic floor health. Ideal for women at any stage of life. The class combines intentional breathwork, activation excersizes, and functional movements to improve stability, core-control, and overall strength.

  • Seniors functional pilates reformer class

    All Levels
    A high-energy fusion of Pilates and barre designed to sculpt, lift, and tone. Expect targeted, low-impact movements using hand weights and the small blue ball to challenge your core, glutes, and arms. Small moves, big results.

    All Levels An endurance-based strength class designed to sculpt and energize. Using simple, compound movements, this full-body burner builds lean muscle, boosts stamina, and keeps you coming back for more.

    All Levels A restorative Pilates class centered on breath, stretch, and foundational movement. This slower-paced session helps you reconnect with your core, release tension, and build control from the inside out. Props like bands, balls, and foam rollers may be used to support mobility and alignment.

    All Levels A full-body stretch and fascia release class designed to restore mobility, ease tension, and support recovery. Using foam rollers, bands, and other small props, this session helps recalibrate your body, realign your posture, and leave you feeling refreshed and centered.
